A landowner of noble origins, a friar and a plot of land on which to build the first monastery in the Farra d’Isonzo area. Thus began the ancient legend from which “Borgo Conventi” takes its name, founded in 1975 with the aim of producing refined and elegant wines. An intent renewed in 2001 with the acquisition of the estate by the Folonari family, a new push for production that keeps respect for tradition and origins intact.
