After cured meats, desserts and pasta, we have expanded (in a dedicated room) our offer with cured meats, burgers and pizza. This new format is rigorously made with Italian products as is our custom. Not a simple expansion of the menu, but the intuition of covering a new and growing market niche that wants quality ingredients.
Jonny Luanie was born from the firm belief that many pizzerias use low quality ingredients. The price war leads to a leveling of taste and poor nutritional value. With this new formula we have tried, starting from the natural leavening of selected flours, to create a genuine and fragrant bread that gives emotions without creating digestion problems.
